Our approach

Promoting regenerative tourism starts with people.

A three-step path, from the foundations to professional opportunities.

01

The foundation: education and training

Courses, programmes and internships so that young people, senior professionals and communities understand and apply regenerative tourism.

02

Professional services and mentoring

Mentoring and easy-access or subsidized professional services for young and senior talent and for entrepreneurs.

03

International network and opportunities

Access to our international network of partners, including that of Regenera Luxury, and to professional opportunities in hotels and destinations.

Every step serves the same goal: tourism that leaves destinations, and the people who keep them alive, better than they were. What is regenerative tourism? →

What we do

What we do for people and their communities.

Training, mentoring and easy-access professional services, always at the service of people: those who take part are not clients, but the heart of our mission.

Access to training

We open access to courses, programmes and internships in regenerative tourism and hospitality, with hours recognized by Universidad Anáhuac Cancún.

Guidance

Personal mentoring from industry professionals, so that no one walks their path alone.

First opportunities

Work experiences in hotels and destinations that share our values, for a first step or a fresh start. Several participants have been hired after finishing.

Training for teams

Sessions on regenerative hospitality for hotel and destination teams, always in service of our training mission.

Services for entrepreneurs

Support programmes with easy-access or subsidized professional services for entrepreneurs and small hospitality and tourism projects.

Promoting regenerative tourism

We drive initiatives such as World Regenerative Tourism Day so that hotels, destinations and communities move towards tourism that leaves a positive mark.
