Young & senior talent

Internship programme

112 young people since 2022.

Every young person is supported throughout their programme: Prof. Héctor de Castro and the association's team of mentors guide their work, review their progress and give them feedback.

From internship to employment

Not just training internships: a gateway into the working world.

After completing their programme, several participants have been hired by partner companies or by Regenera Luxury, whose team today includes people who started as interns, as part of its programme to attract and support young talent.
